The “Spiritual Home of Australian Tennis” was founded in 1892 and today is one of the great clubs of the world. 

Our 52 tennis courts are complimented by an expansive clubhouse with services and facilities for the sporting, lifestyle and social needs of members and their guests. The Club is committed to further improve its services and facilities through a major development to take place in 2009.

As the former home of the Australian Open and many Davis Cup ties, our iconic stadium has hosted the great names of tennis eras past and present. Rosewall, Court and Sedgman. Newcomb, Goolagong and Connors. Agassi, Sampras and Federer.  Throughout the years the greats have all graced the courts of Kooyong.

Today, Kooyong’s involvement in international tennis continues when the club is the venue of the AAMI Classic each January.
