Ava Beck has impressively won back-to-back ITF junior titles on clay in Mornington and Canberra.
The J100 junior events bring some of the best junior players across Australia plus many international players competing.
The 15-year-old did not drop a set in a dominant display on her way to the title at the J100 Mornington event, where she beat fellow Australian Giselle Guillen in the Final 6-1, 6-4.
Backing it up at the J100 Canberra ITF event was always going to be a tough ask, but the gutsy Beck fought through a couple of three set wins on her way to the final where she defeated Australian Renee Alame 6-2, 6-4 to claim her second successive ITF junior title.
To top off a fantastic couple of weeks, Beck teamed up with fellow Kooyong Foundation player Koharu Nishikawa to win the doubles title in Canberra, defeating Renee Alame and Rianna Alame 6-4, 4-6, 10-6 in the Final.
As a result of her impressive form, Beck now moves to a career high junior ranking of #192 in the World and the 5th highest Australian ranked junior on ITF rankings.
